総則
本規約は、当社が運営する Temporary Mail（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本サービスは登録不要で、法令により制限される場合を除き年齢制限なく、匿名でご利用いただけます。
本サービスへアクセスした時点で、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなします。また、本サービスの利用は、利用者自身の責任において行うものとします。
メールへのアクセス方式
本サービスでは、ログイン機能の代替として URL によるメールアクセス方式を採用しています。
メールアドレスを知り得る者は、当該メールの内容にアクセスできる可能性があります。メールアドレスの管理は利用者自身の責任とします。
メールの保存期間
本サービスに保存されたメールデータは、自動削除の対象ではありません。
ただし、システム障害、運営上の判断、サービス終了等の事由により、予告なく削除される場合があります。
禁止事項
利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本サービスのサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を妨害する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
- 他の利用者の個人情報を不正に収集または利用する行為
- 本サービス、他の利用者、または第三者に不利益、損害もしくは不快感を与える行為
- その他、当社が合理的に不適切と判断する行為
免責事項
当社は、本サービスを通じて提供される情報の正確性、完全性、有用性等について、いかなる保証も行いません。
当社は、本サービスの継続的な提供を保証しません。
当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、本サービスの利用に起因して利用者に生じた通常損害および特別損害を含む一切の損害について、当社は賠償責任を負いません。
サービスの停止・変更
当社は、必要に応じて予告なく本サービスの全部または一部を停止・変更できるものとします。
メールデータの削除
本サービスには利用者自身によるメールデータの削除機能はありません。
削除を希望される場合は、対象のメールアドレスおよび削除理由を添えて下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。内容を慎重に検討のうえ、対応いたします。
アクセス制限
当社は、不正アクセス等の検知・防止のためのシステムを運用しています。
不正または不適切なリクエストが検知された場合、システムにより一時的に IP アドレス等がブロックされることがあります。正当な利用であると考えられる場合は、AI を使用したレビュー機能により解除を申請できます。ただし、解除を保証するものではありません。
管理者が悪質な利用と判断した場合、IP アドレス単位で永続的なブロックを行うことがあります。原則として解除不可ですが、利用者は、必要に応じて異議申立てを行うことができます。
規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。
反社会的勢力の排除
利用者は、自らが暴力団その他の反社会的勢力に該当しないことを表明し、将来にわたっても該当しないことを確約するものとします。
当社は、利用者が反社会的勢力に該当すると判明した場合、催告なく直ちにサービスの利用を停止できるものとし、これにより生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。
準拠法・管轄裁判所
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。
本規約に関する紛争については、札幌地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of Temporary Mail (the "Service") operated by us ("we", "us").
The Service requires no registration, has no age restrictions except as required by applicable law, and can be used anonymously.
By accessing the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. Use of the Service is at your own responsibility.
Email Access Method
The Service uses a URL-based email access method as an alternative to conventional login authentication.
Anyone who knows an email address may be able to access the contents of that mailbox. Users are solely responsible for managing their email addresses.
Email Retention
Email data stored on the Service is not subject to automatic deletion.
However, emails may be deleted without prior notice due to system failures, operational decisions, or service termination.
Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:
- Activities that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Activities that interfere with the servers or network functions of the Service
- Activities that may disrupt the operation of the Service
- Unauthorized collection or use of other users' personal information
- Activities that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to the Service, other users, or third parties
- Any other activities that we reasonably deem inappropriate
Disclaimer
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Service.
We do not guarantee the continuous availability of the Service.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service Suspension and Modification
We may suspend or modify all or part of the Service without prior notice as deemed necessary.
Email Data Deletion
The Service does not provide a self-service email deletion feature.
If you wish to request deletion, please contact us at the address below with the relevant email address and reason for your request. We will carefully review and respond accordingly.
Access Restrictions
We operate systems designed to detect and prevent unauthorized access.
If fraudulent or inappropriate requests are detected, IP addresses may be temporarily blocked by the system. If you believe the block was made in error, you may request a review through our AI-powered review feature. However, unblocking is not guaranteed.
If we determine that a user is engaging in persistent abuse, a permanent IP-level block may be imposed. Permanent blocks are generally irreversible; however, users may submit a formal appeal if necessary.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms as necessary. Revised terms shall take effect upon being published on this page.
Exclusion of Antisocial Forces
Users represent and warrant that they are not, and will not become, members of organized crime groups or any other antisocial forces.
If a user is found to be associated with antisocial forces, we may immediately suspend their access to the Service without prior notice and shall bear no liability for any resulting damages.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court as the court of first instance.
